Please read the following carefully. This is to ensure that both parties have a smooth and positive experience working together.

• Keep 1m away from the cyclorama wall; do not lean or stand on the curve. Repair fee up to $3000 if damaged.

• The toilet is fitted with a macerator pump; do not flush anything other than toilet paper.

• Please be mindful of your safety while using our facilities and equipment, especially when operating our garment steamer, handling lighting equipment, or moving heavy items. We do not assume responsibility for any injuries resulting from your actions. However, we provide essential safety measures, including a first aid box, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and emergency exit lightbox for your peace of mind.

• No smoking indoors.

• Keep your volume reasonable, especially for after-dark bookings.

• A cleaning fee may be applied If the studio is left in a messy condition.

• The user agrees to leave the premises, as well as all contents and fixtures, in the same condition as they were found. Any damages incurred will be the user’s responsibility and must be paid for.

• We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations. Payment for the Cyclorama Repaint is non-refundable.

• Please do not drag anything on the floor. If you need to move items around, please lift them up unless they have wheels.

• Models must clean their shoes before entering the shooting area. For all others, please do not enter the shooting area while wearing shoes.

• Rental periods are pre-arranged at the time of booking. The photographer's rental time begins promptly at the designated starting time and ends promptly at the designated ending time, which includes set up and break-down.

• No pets or underage children are allowed without prior consent from a company representative.

• Silluart Studios is not responsible for any damage to or theft of your belongings.
